Our husbands have been friends since high school but we didn’t become close until we were pregnant together.
Our toddlers are 19 days apart!
We LOVE iced coffee!
As your doulas, we hope to lead women toward a more empowered and self-directed journey through pregnancy, birth, and parenthood.

What brought me to birth work?
I learned SO much being pregnant and giving birth to my daughter. I fought hard to get the birth I knew I deserved. Having a doula on my team to bounce my wants and desires off of is what really helped me keep on fighting for what I wanted. After hearing so many different birth stories I knew there was a need for birth workers who would advocate for their clients. That is my goal, to advocate for the birth that you deserve!

Marlea
What brought me to birth work?
With my first- after going through 60 hours of hard labor that ended in an unnecessary C-section. I spent tons of time researching all positioning, advocating, and interventions. I knew that I did not get the birth that I desired and that I deserved better. I want to help moms know their choices so they can make the best decisions for their birth, and have a birth where their voice matters so they have a good experience. Between the time of my first baby and second most days have been spent learning and talking about birth. With my second I did a ton of work prenatally and had an hbac (home birth after c-section) in my living room, I am more now confident and motivated to help others get the birth they deserve!

Why a partnership?
Sustainable birth work
We needed to find a way to make birth work sustainable for our growing families and we knew this was our calling. With our partnership model, you get access to both of us and have the comfort of knowing one of us will be at your birth, no need to worry about a random backup doula there (we haven’t had to call one yet 🤞🏻). We take births in 12 hour shifts so if it is needed we switch out with each other and you will always have a rested and confident doula by your side! We know this partnership benefits is to the benefit of our clients because as busy moms there is almost always a time one of us is available for support.
Currently serve Dallas, GA and the surrounding areas.
travel radius is 1.5 hours of Dallas, GA
Counties served, Paulding, Cobb, Cherokee, Bartow, Polk, Douglas, Gordon, Floyd, Carroll, Dekalb,
Support births in and out of the hospital system
Not currently serving births at Emory hospitals
We only take 2 births per month
This allows time for each client to get our full attention
Hannah is currently expecting a baby in 2025 and is taking limited births. Marlea is still available for birth support and will make sure a backup doula is available if Hannah is not.
