Postpartum support

Need a little extra postpartum support? We are here for that! We offer flexible support for any moms who may need it!

• Minimum of 16 hours of support and up to 32 hours per contract

• Day time support that can look like however you need it to look, newborn care, help with breast or bottle feeding, light housework or just a listening ear.

• Maximum of 4 days of support a week.

Investment $30 per hour

Postpartum support Add on options

These are enhancements to our postpartum support. The prices vary so please reach out for more information!

• Postpartum Planning Session: We will help you set up a plan for your postpartum period. We will cover healing, breastfeeding, postpartum nutrition, and more

• Meal Prep Visit: This is designed to help you prep meals and snacks for postpartum! We come ready to cook to ease the transition to postpartum
